Calffry.com reserves the right to change the terms and prices at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the Site. If User violates these Terms of Use, Calffry.com may terminate User's access to the Site, bar User from future use of the Site, cancel User's ticket order, and/or take appropriate legal action against User. Tickets are a one-of-a-kind item. They are not replaceable. There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations allowed with these tickets.

 

Tickets are valid for the specific event that may be postponed. Original tickets will be valid for the rescheduled performance event. New tickets will not be re-issued. If an event is cancelled, or is without a rescheduled date, Calffry.com is not responsible for providing or securing a refund for User.

 

Any shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. When user receives their emailed tickets, User should keep them in a safe place. Please never sell tickets to a third party, protect tickets. Once they are scanned they CAN NOT be used again. Tumbleweed Dance or Calffry.com is NOT responsible for any ticket not direct purchased on calffry.com. Other ticket companies selling tickets will not be valid and WILL not be honored at the event.

 

In Order to protect our Customers/Users from fraud, a User may be required to provide additional proof of identification of on any order. Proof of identity may include but is not limited to a signed credit card notarized public documents such as a state driver’s license or federal passport. Please be prepared with extra identification when picking up tickets.

 

Calffry.com MAKES NO ASSURANCES THAT THE SITE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR PROVIDE SPECIFIC RESULTS FROM USE OF THE SITE OR ANY SITE CONTENT, SEARCH OR LINK THEREIN. THE SITE AND SITE CONTENT ARE DELIVERED ON AN “AS-IS” & AS- AVAILABLE AND BASIS.

 

 

Calffry.com MAKES NO ASSURANCES THAT FILES USER ACCESSES OR DOWNLOADS FROM THE SITE WILL BE FREE OF VIRUSES OR CONTAMINATION OR DESTRUCTIVE FEATURES. Calffry.com DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

 

 

Calffry.com reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Calffry.com will contact registered Users by email or shall post a notice of changes in its Site, when and if the terms of this policy are amended.

 

USER’S ACQUISITION OF TICKETS FROM THIS SITE CONSTITUTES AN EXPLICIT RECOGNITION, ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ACCEPTANCE BY USER THAT CAUSES OUTSIDE THE CONTROL OF SELLER MAY RESULT IN POSTPONEMENT OR CANCELLATION OF THE EVENT FOR WHICH TICKETS ARE BEING PURCHASED AND USER ASSUMES THE RISK THAT SUCH MAY OCCUR AND HOLDS CALFFRY.COM, TUMBLEWEED DANCEHALL AND LEGEND PRODUCTIONS LLC AND THEIR AGENTS, EMPLOYEES, MANAGERS, OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS HARMLESS FROM ANY LIABILITY THEREFOR INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES INCURRED THEREWITH.
